  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data voluntarily provided through the Website.

  5. This Privacy Policy does not cover any information relating to services, goods, or websites belonging to entities other than the Operator.

  6. The Website processes personal data for the following purposes:

    • Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form.

  7. The Website collects information about users and their activity in the following ways:

    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms and subsequently stored in the Operator’s systems.

    2. Through cookies stored on users’ end devices.

    3. Through technical logs recorded at the level of the Operator’s web server, mail server, and applications.

2. Selected Data Protection Measures Applied by the Operator

  1. Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are protected during transmission using an SSL certificate. As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the Website are encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read by the destination server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way, meaning that it cannot be reversed, which is currently the standard method for securely storing user passwords.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backups.
  4. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, including, in particular, regular updates of software components.

3. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used

  1. In certain circumstances, the Controller may disclose your personal data to other recipients where this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations. This applies to the following categories of recipients:

    • authorised employees and contractors who use the data for purposes related to the operation of the Website.

  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to carry out the activities for which it is required, subject to retention periods specified by applicable laws (e.g. accounting regulations). Personal data processed for marketing purposes will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:

    • access to your personal data;

    • rectification of your personal data;

    • erasure of your personal data;

    • restriction of processing;

    • data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in Section 3.3(c) where personal data is processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling.   1. Information concerning user activity on the Website may be logged. Such data is used for Website administration purposes.

    1. resources identified by URLs (addresses of requested resources, including pages and files);

    2. the time at which a request is received;
